With Christmas Eve fast approaching, the North Pole is feeling the burden of stress. Or is that global warming? Santa is trying to hold it all together and pull off a miracle for yet another year. Ellie and Roxy are his second in command and see to it that the toys are made, wrapped with care, and then loaded up on the infamous sleigh. Alas, drama, drama, drama, has infiltrated the North Pole and we ain't talking Shakespeare.

You think you've got it tough for the holidays? Kris Claus has got stress with Mrs. C., stress at the office, stress with his employees, what's a guy to do? That dreaded deadline is looming once again, and the Reindeer are pitted against the Elves in their constant battle for glory, recognition, and higher bonuses.

Ellie, Leader of the Elves, is Santa's right hand shorty. Recent cutbacks, a slumping economy, and never ending demands for more toys has forced her to drive her troops even harder. Her roving band of misfits have been working diligently to provide the latest and greatest toys. With a fat commission and added bonus, will Ellie make her quota and beat the deadline?

Roxanne the Reindeer is Supervisor of the Reindeer. She has had to deal with heightened airport security, dangerous space debris, and of course changing the Sleigh's oil. These fur balls are determined to pull Santa's sleigh in record time and deliver the toys to all the girls and boys. FedEx has nothing on these guys!

When Santa's toys go missing, he knows the infighting has gotten out of hand. Will he put down his boot and shake things up? Who has more to lose?
